American Medical Administrators LTC is seeking a Director of Benefits to shape benefits strategy across a growing multi-state healthcare organization. This on-site role in Beachwood, OH will own the strategy, structure, and financial performance of our benefits programs, partnering with senior leadership to align with long-term company goals.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in employee benefits with leadership at director level.
• Experience overseeing benefits for large multi-state workforces.
• Deep knowledge of health/welfare benefits, retirement, and leave programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and administration of comprehensive benefits programs across a large, multi-state workforce.
• Serve as senior advisor on employee benefits to executive leadership.
• Negotiate with brokers, carriers, and consultants and manage renewals and plan designs.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA and related requirements.
• Improve and modernize benefits programs to elevate the employee experience.
