Job summary

Entegris seeks a Director of Manufacturing Operations to oversee the Specialty Chemicals network, including Toronto, Ambler, and Riegelwood. You will lead site operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, and partner with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing/operations leadership in specialty chemicals or technical environments.
• Proven multi-site operations leadership with safety, quality, service, cost accountability.
• Experience building and maturing operating systems (OEE, KPI governance, capacity visibility).
• Strong CI/debottlenecking, yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and capital execution.
• Ability to translate priorities into strategies and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proven development of site leaders and matrixed organization leadership.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred; plus data analytics/digital tools.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across sites.

Responsibilities

• Set safety-first agenda across the manufacturing network (Toronto, Ambler, Riegelwood).
• Partner with leadership to translate priorities into strategy and plans.
• Lead the manufacturing strategy to align with growth, commitments, and financial goals.
• Drive ramp-up readiness and scalability for new/existing products across sites.
• Advance CI/debottlenecking, OEE maturity, and yield improvements network-wide.
• Develop leadership and standard work to create accountable, collaborative teams.
