Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Director of Loan Servicing to oversee consumer, indirect, and residential mortgage servicing across the full post-funding loan lifecycle. You will provide strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a superior member experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in loan servicing operations.
• Strong regulatory and risk-management awareness.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple lending lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Loan Servicing function, setting performance expectations and coaching staff.
• Ensure documented procedures exist for critical servicing functions and investor reporting.
• Own servicing governance, investor reporting, and compliance with applicable agencies.
• Maintain quality control, audit readiness, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate across Mortgage, Consumer and Indirect Lending, Accounting, IT, and vendors.
