Job summary

FEV North America, Inc, part of the FEV Group, seeks a strategic Business Development professional to advance vehicle and powertrain engineering, intelligent mobility, and software development for the commercial vehicle and mobility supplier market.

You will build partnerships with OEMs and suppliers, shape sales strategies, and drive new business opportunities while collaborating with engineering to meet customer requirements and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business development.
• Strong professional network in the US mobility market.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Self-starter able to work in a matrixed organization with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support FEV Business Development in vehicle & powertrain engineering, intelligent mobility, and software development for the commercial vehicle and mobility supplier market.
• Develop and/or strengthen partnerships with local OEMs and suppliers.
• Define and execute sales strategies based on customer challenges and market needs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and raise brand awareness through networking, trade shows, and events.
• Support engineering in identifying customer requirements and developing proposals.
