You will shape the market, develop executive relationships with data centre owners and developers, and guide multi-disciplinary teams to deliver landmark projects safely, on time and to budget, with a focus on quality and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Accomplished construction leader with strategic growth experience.
• Strong track record in data centre or complex Mission Critical projects.
• Ability to build executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth of Mission Critical work across the Southeast.
• Build executive relationships with data centre owners and developers.
• Generate new opportunities and secure a healthy project pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Act as executive client partner from pursuit to project completion.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Identify new market opportunities with leadership.
• Travel between Richmond and Charlotte to support clients and projects.
