Job summary

You will supervise staff, coordinate regional activities, and maintain strong partnerships with district officials and parents. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, experience with students with emotional disabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Credentials in Education or similar field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Extensive experience with students with serious emotional disabilities is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all students are educated in accordance with their IEPs.
• Observation of classrooms regularly and provide staff feedback.
• Weekly staff meetings and regional activities participation.
• Attend monthly Goal Review with Supervisor; demonstrate growth.
• Report facilities issues to appropriate department for resolution.
• Communicate with parents, supervisors, and district personnel.
• Involve parents with the educational program and regular events.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing policies for health and safety.
• Forge and maintain stakeholder relationships; provide responsive service.
• Perform staff supervisions and ensure policy compliance.
