Role requires strong strategic thinking, change management, and cross-functional leadership with a track record of large-scale improvements. MBA preferred; 7+ years leadership experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in merchandising or operations.
• MBA is preferred for this leadership role.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional change initiatives in big organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise processes.

Responsabilités

• Uses independent thinking to identify and implement sustainable process improvements that boost quality and efficiency for Merchandising Operations.
• Project Management — Lead cross-functional projects on time, on budget, within scope, and on target for successful implementation.
• Collaborate across the organization to identify opportunities for process improvement and better support Home Depot stores and merchandising groups.
• Selects, develops and directs a high-performing team.
