The Home Depot in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager, Operations & Strategic Initiatives to support area-specific strategic visual initiatives that inform, promote, and enhance the customer experience across the store. You will develop cross-functional partnerships and manage end-to-end projects with a focus on delivering compelling in-store visual experiences.

Reporting to the Sr. Visual Merchandiser, this role requires strong communication, project planning, and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to the job.
• 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising or store operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute project plans.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities in partnership with Sr. Visual Merchandiser and provide creative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Drive all components of a visual strategy with cross functional partners.
• End to end project management, tracking, and reporting including site visits/audits.
• Partner with Sr. Visual Merchandiser to identify opportunities and review client strategy.
• Influence cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and speed to market.
• Leverage customer insights and industry trends to drive innovative solutions.
• Attend client support and kickoff meetings to understand strategic objectives.
