Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Director of Category Management in Atlanta to lead Arby’s beverage and food category strategy and innovation. You will drive short and long-term menu initiatives, manage a research budget, and partner with culinary teams to test new items across core and white space categories.

The role requires 10+ years in restaurant category management, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with executives and franchisees in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Business Related Field required.
• 10+ Years in Category Management - Restaurant Experience mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and executive-level collaboration skills.
• Data-driven with strong analytical and P&L literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead team recommendations of short and long-term food menu strategy and tactics.
• Define roadmap for core & white space innovation and develop/test new items in innovation stores.
• Monitor item/category performance to deliver actionable insights for categories’ growth.
• Manage a team with 5 direct reports, guiding priorities and coaching career development.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Oversee research budget and ensure insights inform business decisions.
• Partner with culinary team to align product development with category briefs.
• Regularly interact with senior management to drive business objectives.
