Job summary

State of Connecticut - Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) seeks a Mental Health Center Director to oversee day-to-day clinical and facility operations across three WCMHN sites. Includes on-call clinical consultation and leadership of agency committees.

Requires on-call coverage during evenings/weekends and possible coverage for CEO absence. Position involves travel within Danbury, Torrington, and Waterbury; full-time schedule 8:00am–4:30pm, with complex leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a health-related field.
• At least five (5) years of managerial experience in hospital, health or mental health administration.

Responsibilities

• Directs, plans and coordinates delivery of services to individuals.
• Directs and participates in planning and development of clinical programs.
