Job summary

Landus Cooperative seeks a Director of Member Growth & Customer Activation to drive customer engagement and adoption across Landus lines. You will bridge customer insights with commercial strategy and field execution, leveraging data, segmentation, and marketing resources to grow share and whole-acre opportunities.

You will lead Marketing and BI functions, collaborate with multiple departments, and report to the EVP, Strategy & Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, business development, customer engagement, or related commercial functions.
• Experience in the agricultural industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use customer insights and data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer growth strategies across Landus business lines.
• Lead customer insights, segmentation, and reporting to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to translate insights into activation initiatives.
• Provide leadership for Marketing and BI teams and collaborate with Communications and Digital Engagement.
