Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Director, Member Experience to lead strategy development and execution for Medicaid membership retention across TANF, ABD, Expansion, CHIP, and other lines of business. This role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional leadership to drive member satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 7 years’ Medicaid Managed Care experience, especially in sales or outreach roles.
• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and policy making.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance member and provider experience.
• Develop strategies to alleviate pain points in pharmacy, networks, and provider relations.
• Participate in Enterprise Health Plan meetings to guide strategic planning.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives to improve member retention.
• Establish and review scorecards and reports to track retention targets.
• Communicate policies and strategies across Molina departments to align retention goals.
• Identify technology support needs to facilitate retention activities and drive implementation.
