Job summary

Community Health Choice (CHC) seeks a Director of Medicaid Growth and Retention to lead strategy development and execution across Medicaid lines, with a focus on growing membership and retention. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to generate pipeline for Marketplace and DSNP, and develop partnerships with community organizations to support low-income populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 10 Years in managed care or 7 years in marketing or product sales experience.
• 7 years' experience in healthcare/product/services demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
• Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, call center operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Medicaid growth and retention strategies.
• Grow Medicaid membership and establish retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales teams and product development to generate pipeline.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and health care providers.
• Lead large-scale organizational change and cross-functional teams.

Education
