Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, non-profit management, business, consulting or related fields.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and derive insights.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in business management and organizational effectiveness.
• Ability to navigate conflicts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads education, interpretation, and implementation of Partner/ Affiliate Food Bank agreements.
• Leads adoption of Network Standards and related requirements.
• Manages network risk and sequences corrective actions.
• Builds relationships with executive leaders and staff across member organizations.
• Synthesizes data to provide tailored member solutions and action plans.
