About the Role:

The Director of Medical Services oversees the medical aspects of our behavioral health services. As a key leadership team member, you will ensure our clinical services are of the highest quality and meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other medical professionals.
• Manage medical services administratively and clinically to ensure excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff for integrated, personalized care.
• Develop relationships with outside providers and agencies for coordinated care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for enhancement.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new medical staff.

Requirements:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an active license in Virginia or Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or leadership role in behavioral health.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric practices.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a medical team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to behavioral health services.
