Shift Requirements (PRN Role):

• Minimum one 8-hour shift per week (up to 40 hours available based on volume and preference)
• One on-call day (or additional pickup shift) per 6-week cycle
• One major holiday and one minor holiday
• Shift times: Between 6 AM – 11 PM (flexible for half/partial shifts)

If a candidate is only available for specific days or hours (e.g., weekends only), please include that availability at the top of the resume.

Licensure Requirements:

• Minimum of four active Nurse Practitioner licenses required
• Must be licensed in at least one of the following states: AZ, IL, CA, MO, MN
• Additionally, must be licensed in at least three of the following states: AK, AZ, CA, HI, IL, MO, MN, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Access to high-speed broadband internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
• Active, unrestricted NP license with ability to obtain additional licensure in required states
• Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in using EHR and telehealth technology

Education Requirements:

• Completion of a Master’s Degree-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification and state license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is required by the start date, subject to medical or religious exemptions as applicable.
