Job summary

Replimune, based in Woburn, MA, seeks a Director of Medical Information to lead the scientific communications team within Medical Affairs. You will shape the information strategy for launch readiness and ongoing product support, guiding SRL/FAQ development, database accuracy, and cross‑functional partnerships.

The role requires advanced scientific degrees and 5+ years in pharma/biotech Medical Information, with leadership experience and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in the sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD)
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with Medical Information/Medical Communications
• Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Ability to translate science to clear information for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Oversee Medical Information services for launch and ongoing support
• Direct development of SRLs and FAQs for medical inquiries
• Guide medical information database maintenance and system upgrades
• Lead Call Center training and handling guides for medical inquiries
• Provide clinical guidance on escalated inquiries
• Contribute to MLR review of promotional/scientific materials
• Develop field medical and market access resources for communications initiatives
• Oversee submissions to drug compendia (NCCN, etc)
• Manage strategic direction and day-to-day Medical Information activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across departments
