Job summary

You will lead KPI frameworks, AI-enabled analytics, and dashboards for CRM and ATLAS, while managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional teams to improve decision-making. The role reports to the Senior Director, Medical Informatics and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, statistics, CS, engineering, public health, life sciences, business
• 10+ years of analytics experience in pharma/biopharma/healthcare or life-sciences
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex analyses

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted analytics partner to Medical brand heads and leaders
• Lead KPI design, governance, and impact assessment frameworks
• Lead analytics for HCP and account segmentation, targeting, prioritization, and resource planning
• Identify, evaluate, and operationalize AI-enabled analytics, ML, Generative AI, automation
• Provide leadership for Medical Informatics platforms (CRM and ATLAS) and coordinate with IT, AI, and product teams
• Develop dashboards, self-service analytics, and decision-support products using SQL, Power BI, Databricks
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Medical Affairs and Global partners
• Drive adoption of new analytics capabilities through change management and coaching
