Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Director to set the insights, analytics and AI-enabled evidence agenda for a key brand. You will influence senior commercial, medical and market access decisions by translating data and signals into strategic choices and measurable outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration across Brand Leadership, Advanced Analytics, Market Access and Medical to shape strategy, customer engagement, and launch excellence while ensuring responsible use of data and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research across healthcare professionals, patients and payers.
• Strong analytics using secondary data sources (IQVIA, Prognos, Decision Resources, etc.).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple deadlines in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic insights agenda for the brand, aligned with enterprise strategy and investment decisions.
• Integrate diverse data signals to inform brand strategy, forecasting and resource allocation.
• Lead AI-enabled analytics to improve decision quality and optimize performance across functions.
• Own the primary market research strategy with clear decision impact and delivery.
• Ensure responsible data use, privacy and compliant AI practices across teams.
