• MS/PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field
• Experience with drug development and HTA
• Strong statistical method knowledge including descriptive, inferential, and modeling

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and statistical expertise for drug development, lifecycle management, and research programs.
• Lead development of protocols and analyses; ensure appropriate methodology and regulatory alignment.
• Explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians and present research at meetings.
• Collaborate with MHI, Clinical Statistics, Data Sciences, and Programming to evaluate data sources and develop analysis plans.
• Support HTA submissions and provide statistical leadership for evidence generation.
