Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Medical Affairs Training to build and lead the training strategy for Global Medical Affairs, preparing field and office-based teams to be scientifically rigorous and compliant.

The role partners with SMEs, applies ADDIE/SAM to deliver live, virtual, and digital training, and leads onboarding to ensure confident, credible deployment of medical strategies. It also defines KPIs and oversees budgets, travel, and vendor management.

Formación

• Advanced medical or scientific degree (MD/DO, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA, or equivalent); doctorate-level training preferred.
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs or a relevant area, including 5+ years leading global capability-building or medical training programs and/or Medical Affairs leadership.
• Deep understanding of adult learning, organizational development, change management, and instructional design.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with subject matter experts to transform business needs into tailored capability solutions.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design models to create live, virtual, and digital training.
• Deliver onboarding that prepares new field medical hires for credible deployment.
• Teach complex medical concepts and keep teams current on emerging data and disease-state advances.
• Identify skill gaps with field medical leadership and participate in field rides and KOL engagements.
• Guide training materials through medical review and manage vendors, budgets, and content development.
• Define KPIs and training analytics measuring proficiency, application, and business impact.
