Job summary

Arthrex, a global medical device leader, seeks a Manager of Media Production to unite cinematography, photography, and virtual production into a high-performing team. You will own camera and stage workflows, bridge creative vision with technical execution, and drive innovation in immersive media.

The role requires 10+ years in cinematography/photography with 5+ years in management, plus strong budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Photography, Film and TV, or related field.
• 10+ years combined experience in cinematography and photography, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end visual content pipelines in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of cinematographers, photographers, and virtual production specialists.
• Oversee camera, stage, lighting, and virtual production workflows across projects.
• Coordinate with directors, art departments, and technical teams to align creative and technical goals.
• Develop budgets, KPIs, and project roadmaps; manage vendor relationships and resources.
• Ensure safety, copyright compliance, and brand-consistent storytelling.
