Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Digital Innovation to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for digital initiatives. This role requires coordinating across global teams and maintaining compliance with design controls.

You will monitor progress, resolve risks, and ensure scope adherence while driving opportunities for faster time to market in a leading medical device company.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required. Biomedical, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of medical device development and design controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages subsidiary-based and global projects/programs within new product development scope.
• Develops objectives by reviewing proposals and plans with senior management.
• Determines project schedules, time requirements, and sequencing of tasks.
• Maintains schedule by monitoring progress and resolving risks or obstacles.
• Allocates resources and ensures design history file facilitation per design control procedures.
• Ensure project progress within approved scope and document scope changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance and speed to market.
• Monitor resource capacity and communicate constraints to leadership.
• Facilitate availability, assignment, and accountability of downstream resources and technology.
• Provide status updates to management with applicable metrics.
