Arthrex GmbH is seeking a Sr. Manager of Medical Visualization & Realtime Graphics Engineering in Naples, FL.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team to define the vision and roadmap for world-class 3D visuals, animations, and interactive experiences, aligning creative and technical work with business goals. The ideal candidate drives innovation in visualization, software architecture, and AR/VR workflows while partnering with Product, Medical Education, and Marketing to deliver impactful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field as stated above.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years in 3D visualization or software engineering.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience building strategy, roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term strategy, roadmap, and organizational structure for Medical Visualization and Realtime Graphics Engineering.
• Establish department KPIs and performance metrics aligned with objectives.
• Champion continuous improvement to increase efficiency, quality, scalability, and innovation.
• Oversee creation of anatomically accurate 3D visuals and assets.
• Lead software architecture standards, best practices, and governance.
• Guide Unity/Unreal Engine and AR/VR technology adoption.
• Hire, develop, and motivate global cross-functional teams.
• Communicate progress and risks to executive leadership.
