Job summary

Arthrex GmbH in Naples, FL, is seeking a Sr. Manager for Medical Visualization & Realtime Graphics Engineering to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering world‑class 3D visualizations, animations, interactive software, and AR/VR experiences.

You will partner with Product Management, Medical Education, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing to ensure scientific accuracy and commercial effectiveness while shaping technology strategy and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Illustration, Biomedical Visualization, Animation, CS, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in 3D visualization or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience developing organizational strategy, roadmaps, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, roadmap, and governance for Medical Visualization and Realtime Graphics Engineering.
• Lead cross‑functional partnerships with Product, Medical Education, Clinical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Set KPIs, capacity planning, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Champion continuous improvement for efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Oversee software architecture, standards, and technology evaluation (Unity/Unreal/ARVR).
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams across disciplines and geographies.
