Job summary

Storyful Intelligence, part of Dow Jones, is seeking a Director to lead media intelligence and reputation analytics strategy in a client-facing role. You will blend deep data insights with communications expertise to shape data-driven brand strategies and risk assessments.

You will report to the Head of Brand and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow Storyful’s intelligence offerings. The role is based in Midtown Manhattan with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading client teams in communications strategy and research reporting.
• Deep experience with qualitative and quantitative research, including social listening.
• Executive presence and ability to translate data into storytelling.
• Strong client relationship building and pitches.
• Willingness to work onsite 3 days/week in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Develop social data-driven reporting and communications strategies.
• Advise clients during risk or crisis with data insights.
• Leverage client relationships to expand services and prospect new clients.
• Collaborate with brand and data teams to tailor proposals.
• Deliver presentations with storytelling using Storyful data.
• Provide insights into digital media trends and reputational risks.
