Storyful Intelligence, a unit within Dow Jones, is seeking a Director of B2B Business Development & Client Growth in Midtown Manhattan. The role blends data-driven insights with strategic communications to expand Storyful Intelligence services and grow top-tier client partnerships.

You will lead senior-level initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence how data-driven narratives inform client strategy and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading client teams in communications strategy or research reporting.
• Deep experience with qualitative and quantitative research and social listening.
• Executive-level presentation skills and ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Strategic thinking to tailor solutions for client objectives.
• Strong relationships to drive new client growth and business development.
• Ability to articulate risks and opportunities in client communications.
• Curiosity to stay informed about trends and industry developments.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork across analysts, leaders, and clients.
• Willingness to work in Midtown Manhattan office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify new client opportunities.
