Job summary

Vuori, Inc is seeking a strategic Product Leader to steer master data initiatives across product, finance, and operations. You will define the vision, roadmap, and governance for enterprise data domains including product, customer, vendor, and financial data.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver scalable data capabilities that improve quality, automate processes, and enable smarter decision-making at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data or enterprise platforms.
• 8+ years building data-related products or platforms.
• Experience driving adoption of data products across business units.
• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and data governance.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into decisions.

This role is a unique opportunity to shape how data powers decision-making across Vuori. What you'll get to do:

• Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for master data initiatives by deeply understanding business needs, data quality challenges, and the evolving enterprise data landscape.
• Champion a unified approach to master data - including product, customer, Vendor, and financial data domains - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
• Strategize and drive the design of data governance processes, data stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle management experiences that empower business users and reduce friction.
• Collaborate withProduct, Engineering,Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Operations teams to define, develop, and launch master data solutions and capabilities.
• Focus on automation and continuous improvement to eliminate data quality issues, reduce manual data handling, and deliver measurable business outcomes such as time savings, cost reduction, and improved decision-making.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to understand how master data flows across systems,identifygaps, and champion initiatives that improve data reliability and trustworthiness enterprise wide.
• Help to align existing systems and develop best practice for teams to manage systems involved in the Master Data lifecycle

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 10+years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in data, platform, or enterprise product domains.
• 8+years of experience building products or platforms, ideally with exposure to data management,PLM,Assortment Planning Tools,ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience working with cross-functional go-to-market and operations teams to drive the adoption of internal data products and capabilities across business units.
• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of analytics tools as well as data pipeline or integration concepts, preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable product decisions.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across technical and business stakeholders alike.

The salary range for this role is $173,000 per year - $222,495 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
