Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive its Master Data strategy. You will partner with Product, Tech, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Operations to architect a scalable data foundation for product, customer, vendor, and financial data.

You will shape vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise data capabilities, focusing on data quality, automation, and value delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, data, platform, or enterprise domains.
  • 8+ years building products or platforms, ideally with exposure to data management, PLM, ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional go‑to‑market and operations teams to drive adoption of internal data products.
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and data pipeline or integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights and translate them into product decisions.
  • Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for master data initiatives across business units.
  • Champion a unified approach to master data including product, customer, vendor, and financial data domains.
  • Design data governance processes, stewardship workflows, and lifecycle management experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, EA, and Business Operations to launch master data capabilities.
  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement to reduce data handling and improve outcomes.
  • Identify data gaps and champion initiatives to improve reliability and trust across enterprise systems.
  • Align existing systems with best practices for Master Data lifecycle management.

What you'll get to do:

  • Lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for master data initiatives by deeply understanding business needs, data quality challenges, and the evolving enterprise data landscape.
  • Champion a unified approach to master data - including product, customer, Vendor, and financial data domains - ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Strategize and drive the design of data governance processes, data stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle management experiences that empower business users and reduce friction.
  • Collaborate withProduct, Engineering,Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Operations teams to define, develop, and launch master data solutions and capabilities.
  • Focus on automation and continuous improvement to eliminate data quality issues, reduce manual data handling, and deliver measurable business outcomes such as time savings, cost reduction, and improved decision-making.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to understand how master data flows across systems,identifygaps, and champion initiatives that improve data reliability and trustworthiness enterprise wide.
  • Help to align existing systems and develop best practice for teams to manage systems involved in the Master Data lifecycle
Qualifications

Who you are:

  • 10+years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for experience in data, platform, or enterprise product domains.
  • 8+years of experience building products or platforms, ideally with exposure to data management,PLM,Assortment Planning Tools,ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional go-to-market and operations teams to drive the adoption of internal data products and capabilities across business units.
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools as well as data pipeline or integration concepts, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable product decisions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority across technical and business stakeholders alike.

The salary range for this role is $173,000 per year - $222,495 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
