Requires a graduate degree in data science or quantitative field, 8+ years in marketing analytics, and strong Python, SQL, R skills with a track record of building KPI frameworks and leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing analytics or data-driven strategy.
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional analytics or BI teams.
• Proven track record developing data architecture, attribution methodologies, and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise marketing performance dashboards and ROAS insights across channels.
• Oversee marketing data pipelines, governance, and integration across Snowflake, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Lead and mentor analytics team to build scalable data models and advance attribution, forecasting, and performance measurement maturity.
