Top Provider, LLC is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead a small, fast-moving team from a fully remote position. You will shape growth, expand buyer acquisition, and strengthen messaging and conversion across channels.
You’ll work with leadership to decide investments, launch new programs, and drive results with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. The role offers broad ownership, room to pursue ideas, and a path to scale the marketing function as the business grows.
Top Provider helps businesses find vendors that fit their specific needs. We match buyers with providers based on their company’s size, industry, and what they need, across 30+ categories.
We’re a small, fast-growing company hiring a Director of Marketing to lead our three-person marketing team, expand how we reach business buyers, and strengthen our messaging and conversion. You’ll manage and develop the team, recruit as we grow, and contribute directly to the work.
You’ll work closely with company leadership to decide where we invest and turn those decisions into results. That could mean launching an acquisition channel, improving a category’s buyer experience, or helping a channel owner solve a difficult performance problem. You’ll have room to pursue ideas, visibility into the economics behind your decisions, and responsibility for what those investments produce.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading people and getting work into market. You should be excited to take on broad ownership, build a strong team, and stay close to execution as the business grows.
Translate company goals into priorities and plans by category and channel. Work with the team to develop marketing forecasts grounded in historical performance, planned initiatives, and budgets. Review results against those forecasts, understand what changed, and adjust. Own marketing’s contribution to qualified buyer demand, revenue, and profitability.
Find opportunities beyond our existing acquisition programs. Test approaches that fit our buyers and business economics, get early versions into market, and decide what deserves further investment. Build the team and processes around programs that prove out.
Set the direction for how Top Provider communicates its value. Make our messaging relevant to each category and consistent across ads, landing pages, and the broader buyer journey. Work with creative, product, and operations to turn buyer insights into experiences that improve conversion and request quality.
Work closely with paid search and paid social owners on strategy, execution, and expansion. Help diagnose difficult performance issues, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities. Know the work well enough to give useful direction and contribute directly when needed.
Understand how acquisition cost, buyer characteristics, vendor demand, matching, and revenue per request affect profitability. Work across the business to identify where we can acquire more buyers profitably and where other constraints need attention first.
Lead our current three-person team and determine which roles we need next. Own hiring, from sourcing and interviews through onboarding. Give people clear priorities, KPIs, coaching, and direct feedback. Build a remote environment where people collaborate, raise problems early, and follow through. As the team grows, introduce the reporting and processes that help people do their best work.
Alongside our core buyer acquisition work, test targeted marketing programs that attract prospective vendors and generate qualified inbound opportunities for the sales team. Develop promising approaches into a repeatable source of demand.
This is a fully remote role, with the option to work from our Naples, Florida office if you prefer.
We’re a small team building and growing together. Currently, our core leadership team works on site, and we value the collaboration that comes from sharing ideas, working through problems together, and making decisions quickly. Wherever you work, you’ll be closely involved with leadership and the team, with open communication, shared priorities, and opportunities to help shape how we work as we grow.
You’ll have meaningful ownership of how the company grows, with direct influence over our investments, buyer experience, and marketing team.
You’ll work closely with leadership, have access to the business context you need to make good decisions, and see the impact of your work. You’ll join with a small team already in place and the opportunity to hire, develop people, and build new programs. As Top Provider expands, you’ll have room to grow your own role alongside the business.
