Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Director, Market Development & Patient Journey to lead strategy and programs that reduce barriers across disease recognition, referral, diagnosis, genetic testing and counseling, and connection to specialty care in a genetically defined neurological rare disease.

Before approval, unbranded education and diagnostic-pathway readiness; after approval, branded patient and caregiver marketing; responsible for omnichannel execution and measurement

Formación

• At least 10 years of commercial experience in the U.S. biopharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in market development, disease education, patient marketing, and omnichannel engagement.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead unbranded education and pathway-readiness programs before and after regulatory approval.
• Own omnichannel strategy and execution for unbranded market development and disease education, and post-approval branded programs.
• Collaborate with patient advocacy groups and cross-functional teams to address barriers in disease pathways.
• Oversee national market-development priorities and aggregate insights for Account Managers.
