Vireo Systems and pH-D is seeking a Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead and optimize multi-site manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, and supply chain across Tennessee and Nebraska. You will partner with executives to shape scalable operating strategies, drive S&OP, and ensure cGMP compliance while guiding budget and capital investments.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive manufacturing or plant-operations experience with budget and team responsibility.
• Experience leading complex multi-site or multi-shift manufacturing operations.
• Experience in regulated consumer-products environments (dietary supplements, health, pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals).
• Knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, FDA/OSHA requirements, and audit-ready practices.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge with track record of improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/inventory/manufacturing systems for planning decisions.
• Excellent executive-level communication, leadership, and change-management capabilities.
• Willingness to work on-site near Nashville, TN, or Omaha, NE, with travel up to 50%.
• Experience building or scaling regulated manufacturing operations; facility expansions, automation, CAPEX, or S&OP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing strategy and operational performance across Tennessee and Nebraska facilities.
• Oversee manufacturing, procurement, demand planning, supply chain, logistics, inventory, and warehousing.
• Set performance expectations for safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, and workforce effectiveness.
• Strengthen S&OP processes to meet demand, inventory health, capacity, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, and quality-system requirements.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives to increase throughput, yield, and efficiency while reducing waste.
• Lead budgets, capital investments, expansions, equipment, and ramp-up activities.
• Build a high-performing leadership team across multiple facilities and shifts.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across labor, equipment, suppliers, and continuity.
• Translate growth plans into scalable operating strategies with cross-functional partners.
