The role focuses on strengthening operational performance, profitability, and long-term competitiveness by translating business strategy into clear operating agenda and building leadership systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience
• Proven experience leading multiple manufacturing facilities or a large, complex manufacturing network
• Advanced degree or executive leadership experience (preferred)
• Automotive, engineered products, or similarly complex manufacturing experience (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Set the multi-site operations strategy and translate business objectives into clear priorities for plant performance, capacity, resources, and long-term competitiveness
• Improve financial and operational results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, inventory, working capital, and cash generation
• Optimize the manufacturing network through effective footprint planning, asset utilization, capacity strategy, capital deployment, and structural productivity initiatives
• Accelerate operational transformation by advancing Lean practices, automation, reliability, digital manufacturing, and standardized operating systems
• Build a high-performing operations organization by developing plant leadership, strengthening succession pipelines, and establishing clear ownership for business results
• Collaborate across Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Human Resources to align customer requirements, launches, investments, labor strategies, and operational priorities
