Job summary

Mercy is seeking a professional to coordinate and oversee value-based contracting activities for the Ministry, including negotiating risk, gainshare, and pay-for-performance arrangements. You will ensure timely communications with Mercy stakeholders and align activities with Mercy Service Standards.

Education

Experience

Minimum of five years’ experience in managed care contracting, with emphasis on value based contracting experience. Must demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills involving physicians, administration, and other health care professionals as required.
