Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care or business administration required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in managed care contracting, with emphasis on value-based contracting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee value-based contracting activities for the Ministry, including risk, gainshare, and pay for performance arrangements.
• Negotiate and operationalize value-based contracts for the Clinic and Facilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely communications with internal and external Mercy stakeholders.
