Job summary

Mercy is seeking a senior leader to coordinate and oversee value-based contracting activities for the Ministry, including risk, gainshare, and pay-for-performance arrangements. You will negotiate, operationalize, and ensure timely communications with physicians, administration, and external stakeholders to align with Mercy Service Standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in health care or business administration with 5+ years in managed care contracting and a Master’s degree preferred.

• Minimum of five years’ experience in managed care contracting, with emphasis on value-based contracting.
• Must demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills involving physicians, administration, and other health care professionals.
