Job summary

Job Juncture is assisting a leading energy provider in Columbus, OH to hire a Director of Major Construction Utility Projects. You will lead a multi-component generation project with budgets over $1 billion, overseeing safety, schedule, cost, and stakeholder alignment on site.

The role requires 10+ years in major construction, EPC contract execution, and strong executive communication. Travel to project locations is expected; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in major construction, project controls, or utility generation projects.
• Proven leadership and executive communication skills.
• Experience with EPC contracts and CCGT processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute all project management functions for a major generation project.
• Oversee safety, schedule, cost, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and negotiate contracts with EPC and engineering providers.
• Lead a project team and coordinate with stakeholders and regulators.
