Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven success securing major and principal gifts in six- and seven-figure ranges.
• Experience leading an individual giving or major gifts fundraising program.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Ipas' individual giving strategy, expanding relationships with major and principal donors while increasing unrestricted philanthropic revenue.
• Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of transformational donors and prospects.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Individual Giving team.
• Partner with executive leadership and colleagues across Development, Communications, Finance, and global programs to strengthen donor engagement and organizational philanthropy.
• Utilize fundraising analytics, portfolio management, and strategic planning to drive long-term fundraising success and operational excellence.
