Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico seeks a Director of Leadership Giving to guide fundraising for the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture and the Office of Archaeological Studies. You will manage major gift programs, cultivate high-level donors, and create stewardship and engagement strategies in partnership with museum leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of development experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, organizational, fundraising, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Public speaking ability.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus strong digital marketing skills.
