Ensono is seeking a Director of Mainframe Systems Programming to lead the Mainframe Systems Programs group. The role oversees multiple mainframe projects, driving client outcomes with z/OS, CICS, DB2 and IMS expertise, while aligning with roadmaps and audits.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience, strong leadership, and exceptional communication skills. This is a remote US role with salary in the $135,000 to $205,000 range plus annual bonuses and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience; degree may be substituted with equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage up, down and across organizations, clients and functions.
• Experience in diverse mainframe environments and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Mainframe Systems Programs organization.
• Navigate ambiguity and set direction for projects and programs.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to internal/external stakeholders.
