Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Director to lead the Client Relationship Center (CRC) in Online Retail. You will guide a team of managers and client advisors, setting a strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and exceptional service across distance-based client interactions.

The role emphasizes leadership development, change management, and aligning CRC activity with broader business objectives, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in luxury retail, clienteling, or client services.
• 5+ years leading managers and large teams, developing leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year CRC roadmap as a growth engine.
• Own CRC commercial performance for sales, conversion, and client retention.
• Lead and coach a team of managers and client advisors; build leadership bench.
• Uphold service standards reflecting Van Cleef & Arpels excellence.
• Direct omnichannel client journey and collaborate with boutiques and HQ.
