RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Director, Lumina Agentic Platform to lead execution across Lumina agentic platform pods, owning roadmap delivery, release quality, and production support for AI-powered agent capabilities.

The role requires strong engineering leadership, platform thinking, and the ability to align product, engineering, QA/Eval, operations, and support teams for reliable execution across multiple product workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong operating discipline across roadmap execution, release quality, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity while maintaining delivery velocity and production reliability.
• Experience partnering with product, platform, QA/Eval, operations, and support teams.
• Strong judgment around AI agent reliability and platform scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lumina Agentic Platform pods across roadmap execution, delivery predictability, engineering quality, release readiness, and production support.
• Coordinate with product leadership, AI Platform, QA/Eval, operations, support, and Front Office teams to keep work aligned and unblocked.
• Clarify pod ownership, staffing needs, escalation paths, QA/Eval coverage, release criteria, and post-release accountability.
• Manage priority sequencing across platform backlog, reusable agent capabilities, product dependencies, and customer needs.
• Build shared Lumina platform capabilities to reduce duplication across orchestration, runtime, evaluation, monitoring, and integrations.
• Establish operating rhythms for planning, delivery tracking, quality review, and production monitoring.
• Identify delivery and support risks early and drive practical resolution.
• Coach engineers and pod leaders toward clearer ownership and higher platform reliability.
