Job summary

NBCUniversal Local is seeking a Director of Sales Strategy & Monetization based in New York. You will shape growth strategy across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms, leading initiatives to drive revenue growth and monetize opportunities.

Reporting to the SVP, Business Development & Strategy, you will partner with senior leaders, manage partnerships and sales analytics, and oversee financial modeling for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in media BD & strategy, with TV/digital ad experience.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.
• Deep knowledge of digital, mobile, and TV businesses.
• Experience with revenue analysis and tracking.
• Knowledge of Local Agencies and local sales ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnerships and deals.
• Lead sales analytics projects with HQ and local leadership.
• Drive growth initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Identify new clients and revenue streams across markets.
• Oversee financial modeling and performance analysis.
• Lead strategic planning across digital and linear platforms.
