Job summary

Stout is seeking a Director to lead complex disputes in securities litigation, class actions, and antitrust matters within the Disputes, Claims, and Investigations group. You will supervise engagement teams, build client relationships, and drive business development through high-quality financial and economic analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in dispute consulting, economic consulting, forensic accounting, economic damages, litigation support, or related advisory field.
• Meaningful experience with securities litigation, class actions, and antitrust matters, including financial, economic, damages, or other quantitative analyses supporting complex litigation.
• Experience working with law firms, corporate clients, and expert witnesses on complex litigation matters.
• Experience in a professional services or economic consulting firm preferred.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFA, ASA, CMA, CIRA, CTP, or CFE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation and dispute consulting engagements with emphasis on securities litigation, class actions, antitrust, and other commercial disputes.
• Direct financial, economic, and quantitative analyses relevant to securities, class action, and antitrust matters.
• Manage engagements from initial planning through analysis, reporting, expert support, and findings presentation.
• Serve as a senior day-to-day contact for clients, outside counsel, expert witnesses, and stakeholders.
• Develop and review financial models and damages calculations; conduct statistical and data analyses.
