Veeva Systems, a leader in industry cloud, seeks a Director of LIMS Strategy to accelerate growth across FMCG and related sectors. You will bridge sales, marketing, product, and services to harmonize a market vision, craft messaging, and personally deliver influential content for customers and partners.

You will bring deep laboratory informatics expertise, a track record in FMCG or supply chains, and a bias for action to drive strategy from high level to hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years growing and scaling a technology offering in lab informatics
• Proven track record with FMCG, supply chain, or related industries
• Experience presenting at conferences and leading webinars is a plus
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking in complex business processes

Responsibilities

• Define and execute market expansion strategy for Veeva LIMS in FMCG/supply-chain sectors
• Develop and deliver compelling messaging and training for sales teams
• Lead or co-lead industry thought leadership and conference presence
• Collaborate with product, sales, and services to align market vision with execution
• Support deal strategy and create winning customer business cases
