Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of LIMS Strategy, QualityOne to accelerate growth for the LIMS product line across global FMCG and supply chain accounts. You will bridge sales, marketing, product and services, shaping market vision and delivering key messaging, training, and industry leadership.

The role requires deep laboratory informatics expertise, strong market intuition, and executive-level communication. Travel up to 40% may be required as you engage customers and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in laboratory informatics software growth or consulting
• Experience with FMCG, supply chain or related industries
• Ability to discuss software applications with Heads of Quality/IT
• Proven track record solving complex business processes

Responsibilities

• Develop the commercial strategy for Veeva LIMS in FMCG sectors
• Lead cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, product & services
• Present at conferences, webinars, and publish industry content
• Frame and deliver customer workshops and deal-winning materials
• Guide product roadmap with market and customer insights
