Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required.
• Five years related experience required.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience.
• Additional related experience may substitute for required education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive cohort-based life design and career-readiness model for FLI students and scholar-athletes, establishing a sequenced experience.
• Translate readiness expectations into milestones, plans, and interventions across cohorts.
• Establish systems to ensure all designated cohorts are reached and have access to opportunities.
• Lead collaboration with LDL/ILLD teams and partner with LDCR and Blue Jay Pathways to share best practices.
