Job summary

Dexian is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sourcing Recruiter to source top Director+ level technical talent for a FinTech-focused client. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop a robust candidate pipeline, and ensure effective, fast hiring outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The role requires 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proven ability to influence stakeholders while managing multiple searches independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing or recruiting Director+ level candidates.
• Must be able to be full desk and source their own candidates.
• Must be able to manage the day and maintain candidate relationships.
• Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results.
• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Strategy: develop and implement recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, administrative, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide recruiting services in accordance with our process, standards and systems.
• Manage sourcing for high level, difficult, or complex roles.
• Execute sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous talent pipeline.
• Influence hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Develop autonomous sourcing strategies including networking and niche channels.
• Facilitate consensus meetings with the hiring team.
• Practice flawless requisition processing and fast-paced execution.
