Job summary

You will own strategy and execution for end-to-end CI/CD and release enablement, measure developer productivity, and build a high-performing organization through strong leadership and succession

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution for end-to-end software delivery pipeline (CI/CD)
• Set portfolio priorities with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Improve internal engineering experience and reliability, security, and efficiency
• Measure developer productivity and system health across the pipeline
• Grow managers and succession depth for a high-performing org
• Serve as escalation point for critical trade-offs and cross-functional issues
